Vivian Blake Original Shower Posse Leader dies in Jamaica of natural cause…
Farwell my beloved friend
March 22, 2010 On Sunday March 21, 2010 my beloved friend Vivian Blake died at the University
Hospital of the West Indies in Jamaica after suffering a heart attack Saturday. Vivian had been ill for awhile due to a kidney
disease. It was said that he would be killed by man, well he wasn’t. God
took him not man. My feelings for my beloved friend have been displayed throughout the internet for years. The kind hearted
man with his infectious smile has now gone to a better place. He no longer has
to endure the harsh rumors from the Country and people he loved so much. Many knew of him only a few truly knew him.
Anyone that really knew him knew him to be a man of his word and a man that had a desire to assist in making
life a better for the underserved in Jamaica. Many will rejoice over his death and sit up and be the ignorant idiots that
they are with no clue.
As for those of us who knew him nothing can soothe our pain, because a Great father, family member, and friend
is gone. I loved him because he was a friend of mine, one that understood me and I understood him, if I had to attach words
to our friendship they would have to be endless and priceless.
In my last conversation with Vivian he said to me that he really needed me there in Jamaica to assist him
with his project. He said to me I need you here to give me that push that I need. I regret I didn’t tell my friend that
I wasn’t there because I had recently found out that I was ill myself. I didn’t want to worry him. Now he’s
gone…
The Lord said come my precious son you’ve done all you
could.
I have protected
you from all that came against you. I know you are tired and weak so come home and rest…
He got his final wishes he return to his home to hold and kiss his daughter Dominique; his children were
his prize possessions. To all his close friends and all the people of Jamaica your native son was a proud Jamaican that loved
his Country hard. Vivian has expressed his love for you too many times to count.
To those who wished him ill will, he still has the last laugh I can see him standing with that big laugh saying I left on
mi own terms…
Farwell Da Real Don Dada and my dear friend you have taken a piece of my heart
and soul with you… Continue to watch over us we still need you so much I love you forever more…
